AIMS Institutes established in the year 1994 by a group of eminent educationists and philanthropists to impart quality education and with a vision to expand the horizons of teaching-learning realms, where in, the students' intrapersonal and interpersonal disposition is groomed. It is a great pleasure to state that the AIMS fraternity is enduringly infusing resilient confidence among the students to excel in their academic, professional endeavors and personal lives.

AIMS started with 2 UG programs and 60 students and is now offering 6 PG. 10 UG programs and 2 PhD Programs having around 2000 students at the campus. AIMS has made a mark within a decade of its inception by consistently being ranked & rated as one of the best private B-Schools in the country by various rating agencies over the years. The Hospitality program has also been ranked among the best in the country and the graduates are widely accepted by leading chains in India and abroad. Also, students of various programs have been securing university ranks and setting high benchmarks consistently.

AIMS is accredited ‘A’ Grade by NAAC with the highest score of 3.46 out of 4 for an institution that is being accredited for the first time. AIMS School of Business programmes are accredited by IACBE which is an international accreditation body for Business Schools.

ELIGIBILITY FOR INDIAN STUDENTS

POST GRADUATE

Individuals with a score of 50% in graduation from either the Karnataka Board or outside (45% for SC/ST/CAT-1) will be eligible for MBA programme. Additionally a MAT score of 500 and above or a CAT score of 50% and above is required for admissions into MBA program. To be eligible for MCA students need to secure 50% in graduation from either the Karnataka Board or outside (45% for SC/ST/CAT-1) and must have Mathematics/ Electronics/ Computer Science/ Statistics as a subject in their 12th standards or graduation level. To be eligible for MSW students need to secure 50% in BA/BSW from either the Karnataka Board or outside (45% for SC/ST/CAT-1), To be eligible for MCOM the student must clear the BCOM or BBA exams at the graduation level. UNDER GRADUATE

INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ACCOMMODATION :

The institute provides accommodation to International Students at a separate exclusive facility. The hostel for foreign students has a provision for cooking meals in a separate kitchen area. There is availability of wi-fi access in the foreign student accommodation facility and students can connect their computers for an internet access from anywhere in and around the hostel vicinity. Each room in the international student accommodationarea is fitted with a well-furnished bathroom with hot water access. There is also provision for basic furniture like study table, bed, chairs and curtain rods. There is a common dining room for all the international students in the hostel living quarters.

The security of the students is taken very seriously and placements of security guards make for efficient security of the students. The health and hygiene factors of the hostel are also taken into account with a view to providing a clean living area to the students.

Additionally, the hostel has tie-ups with nearby hospitals of repute and in case of an emergency, speedy and up-to-date medical attention is given to the sick student at these hospitals. The list of hospitals that AIMS hostel has a tie-up with are:

There is also provision for student recreation with playgrounds near the hostel. Foreign students can take part in all kinds of sporting activities if they desire to do so during their stay.
