Accommodation
Renting a room in a student residence usually costs between €250 and €350 per month and must be paid by bank debit. At the beginning of their rental contract, students have to pay a caution deposit of €400. Provided that no damage has been caused, this caution deposit will be refunded at the end of the contract.
GOERDELERWEG RESIDENCE
The Goerdelerweg residence has a rent of approximately € 321 per month.
Students have furnished and heated single accomodation with a private bathroom, toilet and a small kitchen.
GESCHWISTER-SCHOLL RESIDENCE
The Geschwister-Scholl residence has a rent of approximately €270 - €305 per month.
Students have furnished and heated single accomodation. Two students share a bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is shared between 4 to 8 students.
ROSSNECKAR (I) RESIDENCE
The Rossneckar (I) residence has a rent of approximately €280 - €350 per month.
Students have furnished and heated single accomodation. Groups of 5, 6, 7 or 9 rooms share communal showers, toilets and a kitchen. Rent includes internet access.
ROSSNECKAR (II) RESIDENCE
The Rossneckar II residence has a rent of approximately €339 - €359 per month.
Students have furnished and heated single accomodation. Groups of 6 to 8 student rooms share communal showers, toilets and a kitchen. Rent includes internet access.
