CSM Academy International was established in April 2005. It offers Service Management related education programs that are enhanced through our linkages with several overseas Universities and Organizations that are renowned for their specialist courses in the service arena. We have also been awarded with a 4 years EduTrust Singapore award in August 2017.
We recognize the fact that academic program offerings are in abundance and hence want to be able to address the needs of the Service Industry whereby there is hardly any academic service diplomas or degrees. The service industry now amounts for more than half of a country’s GDP in this region and hence the message becomes clear that Excellent Customer Service is now the key to a competitive advantage in a business.
Service is everything to the success of your organization regardless of the nature of your industry, be it Healthcare, Hospitality, Tourism, IT and even manufacturing.
Good Customer Service is not just the duty of the frontline staff. It should permeate throughout the organization whereby senior management has to believe in it and walk the talk in order to create a service culture in the company, thus, our service management programs from certificate to master levels would cater to the entire company needs in all sectors.
We are committed to provide a high standard of service by promoting an environment conducive to student learning. We have developed transparent redress policies that were disseminated to our students and conveyed in our communication channel in the student handbook, website, etc to assure them that their welfare is also taken care of besides their study needs

Admission
International Students
Step 1 – Fill up the following forms:
- Application Form – Edinburgh Napier University, UK
- Matriculation Form
- ICA Form 16 and Form V36 (complete in English and duly signed by applicant)
Step 2 – Attach the following documents:
- A copy of passport-size photographs with white background
- A copy of passport (must have at least 1 year validity)
- A copy of birth certificate
- Notarised/Certified true copies of all your educational transcripts and completion certificates
- Proof of English Proficiency; either IELTS/TOEFL score sheet or equivalent qualification (if applicable)
- Resume or Letter from employer certifying period of employment (if applicable)
- Bank balance to show a minimum of S$30,000 for students from visa-required countries (China, India etc)
- Application fee (non-transferable and non-refundable)
Accommodation
East Lodge Hostel previously located at 408 Joo Chiat Place. Now we situated at 119 Lorong K Telok Kurau, in the midst of private residential areas. It comprises of Two Blocks with 1 Block of 3-Storey and 1 Block of 4-Storey Building.
Our Hostel is well equipped to house about 300 students. We house from various countries like India, China, Vietnam and Korean. We provide various rooms available for your preferences. The rooms available are Quad Sharing (4in1), Twin Sharing (2in1) & Single Rooms.
It is also a short distance to some amenities that provide the convenience for residents who need quick access to food, shopping and leisure activities.
