Admission

Step 1 | Choose a program

Review the specific requirements for your course. Each course has its own prerequisites and English language requirements.

Step 2 | Request an application form

Once received, complete the application form, and submit it with copies of transcripts, English language test results, and a copy of the photo page of your passport. Once NLC has received a completed application, you will receive instructions on payment of the $100 CAD application fee.

Step 3 | Submit your application

If your application meets our admissions criteria and there is sufficient space in our programs, you will receive a Letter of Offer.

Step 4 | We’ll review your application

To confirm your spot at NLC, and to receive a Letter of Acceptance for your study permit application, you must pay a deposit of $6,000. Applicants planning to apply for a study permit through the Student Direct Stream (SDS) may make a larger deposit, as needed. NLC will provide applicants with instructions on payment of their deposit.

Step 5 | What happens next?

If you are accepted to NLC, we will send you a Letter of Acceptance once we receive the tuition deposit payment. In addition to the Letter of Acceptance, we’ll also send a Welcome Guide to help you prepare for your arrival at NLC.
